Shop Policy

The Kankakee Area LGBTQ Network utilizes a third-party print fulfillment company for its product line unless otherwise mentioned in the product description. These items are typically printed and shipped within 5-7 business days of placing an order.  During the major gift-giving holidays, please order with the anticipation of extended fulfillment and shipping times. If you feel your package still has not arrived in a timely fashion please contact us at k3lgbtqnetwork@gmail.com 

Because these items are fulfilled by a third-party print-on-demand company, on occasion, you may receive an item that is damaged or the wrong size. When this happens, please contact us at k3lgbtqnetwork@gmail.com . Include a photo of the whole item, a photo focused on the damage or problem, and your order number. You can find your order number in your order confirmation email.  We need the photos as the third-party print-on-demand company will ask for them before they issue a reprint. 

Refunds can only be issued if our fulfillment company is unable to address the issue.

When purchasing an item being fulfilled by The Kankakee Area LGBTQ Network directly or paying a participation fee for a program or activity through our website: any information collected will be kept confidential. We will never sell your name, address, phone number, or email address. Basic information such as your city and state may be included in a quarterly assessment report intended to show our board of directors the scope of our online sales.

If at any time you wish to delete your shop account, please email k3lgbtqnetwork@gmail.com and provide the username and email address used to register the account. With no questions asked, we will be sure to delete the account within ten to fifteen business days from the time of your request.
